Francis Pallascio, CA

Managing Partner

Francis Pallascio has almost twenty years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources notably at Arthur Andersen, Astral Media and Staubach.

Francis is a rare Chartered Accountant that devoted his career to discovering talent. Since 2002, more than 500 professionals in Accounting and Finance we located and recruited thanks to Francis.

It was in 2006 that Francis accepted an invitation from Luc Vincent to partner with him to start Kerosene. The potential of Francis was well recognized by Luc, since two years prior, he had used his services to recruit a dozen financial conformity resources in a market characterized by the scarcity of the resource. To try is to adopt it!

Francis is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec since 1995 and has his diploma from McGill University.

Luc Vincent, CA, MBA

Partner

Luc Vincent has twenty three years of experience mainly in professional services, as an Entrepreneur and Financial Manager.

Besides founding Kerosene, Luc has also founded two other companies: ModelCom, a financial consulting firm, and Accelia, a financial compliance firm, sold to Fujitsu Consulting in 2009. Throughout his interventions as a consultant, he took part to starts-up and establishment of more than 50 projects in the technology sector.

Well known in the finance community of Montreal, Luc acts regularly in intermediate management mandates for companies starting or searching for financing. He is presently acting CFO for Tribal Nova, Wolfnet Multimedia and Woozworld, companies involved in social network, gaming and Internet.

Luc is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec and holds a Master in Business Administration.
